Security deposit ranges from a minimum of $500.00 to a maximum one month worth of rent..

No smoking permitted inside the apartment home, on the balcony, or within 50 feet of the building.

Pets: Maximum of 1 allowed, weight must not exceed 40 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Current vet paperwork must show that the pet is up to date on all rabies and distemper vaccinations.
Pet rent: $50.00 per month.
Non-refundable pet fee: $300.00
